Offering competitive prices and value for money can give brands an edge over their competitors.
  3. Customer Service (7%): Finally, 7% of the participants said that customer service is the most important factor when choosing a brand. This highlights the importance of creating positive customer experiences through efficient and friendly customer service. Brands need to be responsive to customer needs and provide excellent post-purchase support to build brand loyalty.
